Consul General  Youngho Jung attended the inaugural general meeting of the Houston Beauty Association, held at 7 p.m. on April 7th at the Seoul Hall, to encourage and deliver a congratulatory speech to the executive board and members of the association, which officially launched after a temporary coalition period of about four years.
