ㅇ In order to strengthen the COVID-19 prevention plan, all visa applicants (both short-term and long-term) must fill in and submit Health Condition Report Form. Please note that if the Health Condition Report Form is not submitted, the visa application will be denied.

ㅇ The person who has the following symptoms(fever, cough, chills, headache, shortness of breath, etc.) must submit a medical report. Also, the person who is 40 years or older at the time of submission could be selected for an interview when it is necessary.
